Hi friends! We’re back with yet another model reveal. This home is a little different than what you’re used to seeing around here. Why? The budget was extremely tight and the design team was directed to not include any trim/design features. So, we had to come up with a way to really make some areas pop while only using our merchandising skills.
The living and dining room are really the focal point of this home. We wanted them to flow into one another and feel seamless. The home has an elevated, modern feel with a hint of coastal which was accomplished by using streamlined, darker wood furniture with gold accents. And the occasional touch of coastal artwork here and there.

The owner’s suite feels a bit more casual compared to the rest of the home. We kept the coastal color scheme throughout this space, and accentuated the modern feel with black accents such as the lights and floor mirror.

We designed the girls room with a pop of color - teal and pink. The overall feel is still calm and coastal, which flows into the guest room that is in the same wing of the home. The guest room is very gender neutral with grays, whites, and beiges.
The boy’s room is in the front of the home just off the foyer and it turned out really stinkin’ cute if you ask us. We continued the modern feel in this room with the white wrought-iron bed and black accents throughout.
Thanks for stopping by! Stay tuned for a few more model reveals. Keep up with our other reveals below.
