Hello friends and Happy November! Is it Christmas yet? We are already getting in the holiday spirit here at the Micamy office.
We have a brand new project to release this week! The Triple Creek Clubhouse is a beautiful 990 acre amenity center located in Hillsboroush County, FL.
The exterior facade of the clubhouse was inspired by the coastal farmhouse look while keeping the elements modern and clean.
As you enter the breezeway of the amenity, you are greeted by a large open party room with a beautiful wood ceiling. This space can be used in numerous ways, allowing the community to adapt to the clubhouse as they see fit.
As you enter the social room of the clubhouse you are greeted by a cozy lounge space for relaxing or watching a football game with your friends and family. The natural tongue and groove ceiling is accentuated with the beautiful rustic chandeliers. Directly behind the the lounge are dining tables along the windows facing the pool for parents to cool off while still being able to keep an eye on their kids.
A pair of bi-fold doors open the kitchen up to the rest of the social room for easy entertaining. The perfect place to have a Fourth-of-July party!
The kitchen also has direct views of the pool and has plenty of storage for guest’s to place their coolers and food items. A simple subway tile back splash was added for both aesthetics and cleanability.
Just outside the kitchen, is an outdoor bar and dining area. A great place for a kids pool party to take place or an adult happy hour event. The adorable windmill fans ensure a nice breeze during the summer months.
The pool deck is functionally equipped with chaise lounges, dining tables and lounge sofas. They compliment the exterior stone colors nicely, without taking away from the architecture of the building.
The clubhouse restrooms are filled with adorable tile selections making the restrooms feel clean and usable.
Lastly, we have the separate portion of the clubhouse that contains the Kids Room and Fitness Studio. The clubhouse offers plenty of activities for every type of user. We are so pleased with how the entire project came together and are looking forward to showing you more!
