Grand Reserve is a master planned community by D.R. Horton, and we had the pleasure of designing their amenity center for all of their resident’s to enjoy. This beautiful clubhouse is located in sunny Flagler County, Florida.
The clubhouse is two stories high and offers all sorts of uses to the community. As you scroll through the coastal oasis, we will point out our thought process on how the rooms might be used!
As you enter the clubhouse you are greeted by a light and airy atmosphere with views out to the pool and property. When we first began pulling inspiration materials for this space we were drawn to the stunning butter pecan porcelain tile floors. We carried the warmth of these floors throughout the clubhouse through furniture, cabinetry, and wood stain.
The main social room has a small living space for guests to have intimate conversations with close ones or enjoy their summer reading.
Just beyond that seating area is an adorable little bar fully equipped for guests to host parties and events for friends. This is the perfect spot to plan events to ensure for an active community. We love the pop of blue on the shiplap wall to accentuate that coastal oasis feeling.

Looking at the room as whole, there is plenty of opportunity for the space to be used. It is definitely a great place to plan HOA meetings or game nights.
As you walk outside of the social room you are opened up to a walk-up bar from the pool. This is a great space for kids birthday parties or summer cook-outs! We added a herringbone tile back splash behind the grills to dress the space up.
There are multiple ways for guests to get up-stairs. A main interior staircase, an exterior staircase and an elevator for handicap users. The upstairs offers a more intimate environment. If you would like to host a small dinner party and movie night, this is the perfect spot for you!
We included a much larger living area for Superbowl Sunday and the like.
