The 2,520 total square foot model home is designed with a total of three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms with the second floor consisting of all of the bedrooms and loft/media area. The modern interior feel was accomplished by utilizing white and gray finishes throughout with accents of green and blue with hints of gold. Contemporary artwork and custom signs assisted with pulling the modern look together.
