The community requested to transform, modernize, and refresh the finishes that were in their existing lobby and cafe area of an existing community clubhouse. We were able to expose the pipe columns that were hidden within walls to give the space a more modern, industrial atmosphere. We designed a large table to engulf the exposed columns for it provided a great gathering table for the community to congregate together. All furniture selected is outdoor rated to help with durability, and accommodate wet bathing suits.
