The 4,398 total square foot model home is designed with a total of five bedrooms, four bathrooms and (2) two one-half bathrooms. The second floor consists of four of the bedrooms anchored to a large loft/media area. The interiors were inspired by the sensuous outdoor private pool and a subtle coastal atmosphere created in part by tongue and grove wood ceilings painted a soft seafoam green throughout the first floor.
