BRIDGE MODEL: THE LIVING SPACES

We have another model reveal to share with you today, and we’re so excited. Mainly because we’re debuting our first VIDEO on our YouTube channel! Check out the video of our Bridge Model below - and don’t forget to like and subscribe.

THE KITCHEN

Like most homes nowadays, this floor plan is an open concept. Meaning, the kitchen, dining room, and living area are all open to one another. Not to mention, the dining room opens up to an expansive lanai with a pool. Talk about dream home!

This home was designed with the entertainers in mind. The open concept allows the home owners and their guests to mingle freely in all 3 spaces while still feeling integrated with the gathering. The island is over 13 feet long, which is one of the largest islands we’ve designed. Another great feature is the extra 18 feet of countertop and storage space across the back wall. Both the island and extra counter space allows the home owner ample entertaining space.

THE DINING ROOM

One of the best details in the entire home is the wood accent wall behind the dining room. It brings warmth and texture to the space and pairs beautifully with the creamy cabinetry. Not to mention, it’s a great focal point in this open space. The design team opted for a linear chandelier to really draw your eye across the back wall.

THE LIVING ROOM

Since all 3 areas open up to each other we knew it was important for everything to flow together, but feel compartmentalized as well. We accomplished this with a very streamlined sofa, acting as a divider between the living and dining room. Square trim was incorporated on the media wall to make the rest of the home feel cohesive, for it was used in the master bedroom and foyer.
